How to use the Lensa app to make AI selfie images

A series of avatars that appear to have been hand-drawn by a professional artist is produced by the program using your photographs after they have been processed (at least, in theory). Other picture editing features are also available in Lensa, such as the ability to alter your backdrop, get rid of unwanted items, and eliminate imperfections.

How to use the Lensa app to make AI selfie images:

Download the app on iOS/Android:

The program is called “Lensa: Avatar Maker, Editor” and is offered by Prisma Labs Inc. on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Open the app, then swipe through the manuals:

The functionalities of the app will be shown on the screen as a sequence of cards. Tap “Next” again to reach the magic avatars more quickly.

Click Get started:

This will launch the app’s sign-up procedure.

Before selecting “Try free & subscribe,” toggle the “Enable free trial” option:

The Lens app requires a membership, but thankfully there is a seven-day free trial for new users. However, you must cancel within seven days to avoid paying $29.99/£28.99.

On the magic avatar card, click “Try now” before clicking Continue:

This will direct you to the magic avatars section and provide a description of the feature.

Read the directions before selecting Select 10-20 photographs:

Wherever feasible, try to follow the directions since if you don’t, the program can produce some odd photographs. For instance, I unintentionally included a photo of my entire torso, which led to images of me with more than two legs (very disturbing)

Choose 10 to 20 pictures of yourself, then import them:

A minimum of 10 must be chosen before the yellow “Import” button appears.

Select your gender:

This should have an impact on the kinds of photographs the app generates.

Select the number of avatars you wish to buy:

The 50 for $1.99/£1.99 choice is the least expensive, but you can also acquire 100 or 200. You might have to use your iOS or Google Play account to validate your purchase.

Wait for your photographs to upload using the Lensa app:

Give the Lensa app permission to edit the images:
