How to get Android 13 In Pixel and Other Devices

The beta version of Android 13 has been rigorously tested and is now available for download. The most recent major release of Google’s OS is significantly sooner than prior iterations, but it still comes with the same warnings. How to get Android 13 On Pixel and Other Devices?

Right now, a recent Pixel phone is the only one that can download Android 13 in its final form. Other devices are currently able to download the public beta, indicating that they’ll be among the early users. However, it will be some months before many other Android phones can upgrade from Android 12.

When additional devices are supported, we’ll update this post, but for now, only some Android users will find this guide useful. The beta is more prone to problems, but installing the complete version should be simple and generally bug-free. We wouldn’t advise putting the latter on your primary smartphone as a result.

Which devices currently support Android 13?

Google is prioritizing its own smartphones when it comes to Android 13, as was to be anticipated. At the moment, the complete version is only available for newer Pixel phones:

  • Pixel 4
  • Pixel 4 XL
  • Pixel 4a
  • Pixel 4a (5G)
  • Pixel 5
  • Pixel 5a
  • Pixel 6
  • Pixel 6 Pro
  • Pixel 6a
  • Pixel 7
  • pixel 7 pro

Use caution if you own a Pixel 6 phone and decide to proceed. There isn’t a way to revert to Android 12 as there is with the other phones on our list if you don’t like it.

Of course, Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will almost certainly run Android 13 out of the box.
